We now offer a new commercial prep table to meet your foodservice needs. This refrigerated prep has TWO pull out Stainless Steel doors. This adds 30% more interior space. Universal Coolers newly designed forced air system helps keep the cold temperature evenly throughout the entire storage area. The food pans are recessed by 2" (keeps food in colder storage area) Our side mounted evaporator system design eliminates the round oval blower on the back wall. New feature provides 30% more interior space. Universal Coolers offers this sandwich prep station in custom sizes built accordingly by your customer.
